    Royal Wedding of Malaysian Kelantan’s Princess Amalin and Brunei’s Prince Abdul Qawi

    Their Highnesses ‘bersanding’ ceremony (traditional Malay ceremony) at the Negeri Palace in Kota Bahru, Kelantan, Malaysia. The ceremony was steeped in Kelantanese traditions and it was attended by members of the Malaysian and Bruneian royal families. Most members of the Malaysian Royal Family consists of the families of Kelantan, Perlis, Perak, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan.

  3. Royal Wedding this SUNDAY!

    HRH Pg Muda Abdul Qawi, the eldest child of HRH Prince Mohamad Bolkiah, will wed HRH Princess Amalin Aishah Putri, the youngest daughter of HRH Sultan Ismail Petra of Kelantan. 

    "The wedding ceremonies will begin on Thursday, June 27, with asolemnisation ceremony or Majlis Akad Nikah at Istana Balai Besar inKelantan’s capital, Kota Bharu, followed by the Istiadat Persandinganand Dinner Banquet on Friday, June 28 at the Silver Jubilee Hall ofIstana NegeriKubang KerianKota Bharu.

    The royal couple will return to the Sultanate on Saturday (July 6), to be celebrated in a Majlis Istiadat Bersanding at Balai PenghadapanBukitKayangan followed by Majlis Istiadat Doa Kesyukuran (thanksgiving ceremony) on Sunday (July 7) at the same venue. YAM Pengiran MudaAbdul Qawi was born on January 27, 1974 in the Sultanate’s capital. He is the eldest son of HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and HRH PengiranAnak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah.”

  5. His Majesty the Sultan, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan of Brunei, visited Kampong Tanah Jambu and handed over hundreds of new homes to the locals. His Majesty also visited the houses and also schools nearby just to get an update on the locals.
